New Feature was added to Recreate E-Payment Files, Print Update AP Checks and AP Check Update Rollback to also include ACH, Wells Fargo and BofA e-payment files. || SFAP-429

New Feature was added to Set/Reset Exceptions to flag deductions for an exception payroll and reset their values after the payroll update. || SFPR-2060

New Feature was added to Tax Collection System Settings and Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year to allow a Harris admin to "Allow adjustment transaction in Calculate". This option is only available for City Tax customers. || SFTX-2435

New Feature was added to UB Enter/Edit Charges/Adjustments and Bank Rec - Import Deposits by Deposit Date to allow the selection of a Bank Deposit Batch for transaction codes that have a bank cash account for their credit account. || SFUB-2813

New Feature was added to Edit Meter Information, Finalize UB Customer Location,Calculate Report and Rollback Billing Run to update a change in meter status during the finalize process to be after the billing. A special note in the Edit Meter Information will inform the user that a change in meter status is pending. The Calculate Report was also updated to respect the setting "Bill Meters Flagged as Inactive" in the UB Special Settings setup. || SFUB-2905
