Bank Reconciliation

• Modified Create Bank Reconciliation so that the statement end date was the end-of-day when selecting the Fund Ledger data. || SFBR-329

Tax Collection

• Modified Exemption Report to reference the Tax Exemption Schedule when determining exemption amounts. || SFTX-2431
