Introduction

This parameter is used if your organization issues multiple types of licenses (alcohol license, retail license, etc.). In the event of multiple licenses, each license would be on its own form.
Flat fees can also be associated with the license type if needed. Prior to entering a flat fee on the license type, a flat rate fee must be set up in the Transactions parameter.

License type/description
Default NAICS code
Default rate table
Default regular fee code
Penalty date - a blank date will default to the penalty date in the system file settings
Penalty amount - enter an amount if it differs from the default settings in the system file
Amount is a percent
Additional text for titles
License Format - if blank will default to the business license format in the Business License System File
