Recent Changes:  
6.235 - Added "Include employee id", "Include employment status", "Include SSN", and "Mask SSN" checkboxes.These will affect the grid and report, but will not affect the file export(s).

6.181 - Added checkbox "Include department" to show the department on the print report, grid report, and text file.
- The department will add only for Non GA/AL/NC client data in the export file feature.

6.89 - For the Alabama File Format, corrected activity date format and pulled missing employee state

6.63 - Changed the dates to be a range of hire dates from one to another.

Introduction

The New Hire Report/File menu option prints a report and/or creates a file export showing employees hired from a date entered to a date entered.

Selection Criteria

Select process - Print Report, Create File, or Print Report and Create File
Include all employees with a hire date from - hire date range
Enter Employer Federal ID number
Enter Employer State ID number
Enter filename - filename and path for export
Include address - Includes the employee address on the report
Include inactives
Include department
Include employee id
Include employment status
Include SSN - will be visible if the user has the access to edit social security number and tax id set in their user security settings
Mask SSN - only visible if Include SSN is checked. Will be automatically checked if the user has the option to Replace part of the social security number, tax id, and bank account with "*" set in their user security settings.
