Introduction

The transaction report contains a listing of tax transactions.

Explanation

Report Sequence

Batch Number - This will order transactions by the batch number associated with them.

Name - This will order by the name of the customer associated with the transactions.

Reason - This will group and order by the Reason Code of the transactions.

Transaction Code - This will sort by the transaction code of the transactions.

Transaction Code/Batch Number - This will sort by the transaction code and then by the batch number of the transactions.

Zone - This will sort by the tax zone of the parcels associated with the transactions.

Enter Range To Include

Transaction Dates - Beginning and ending dates for the transactions

Batch Number - Beginning and ending batch number for the transactions

User - Beginning and ending batch number for the transactions

System Number - Beginning and ending System number for the transactions

Select Posted Status - Choose to show transactions that are Posted , Non-Posted or Both.

Include Note Field - Choose to show the transaction notes.

Include Property ID - Choose to show the Parcel ID of the property associated with the transactions.

Include transaction subtotals - Choose to show the transaction subtotals.

Include tax year subtotals - Choose to show the tax year subtotals.
