Introduction

Budget Version Comparison report allows the user to compare 2 budgets and their revenues and expenditures from different fiscal years or Budgets

Report Selections

Select Report sequence - determines the sorting and grouping of the report (Sequence options available - ( 3 sorting levels allowed)
Output options -Detail or Summary
Range to include - Budget selections
Enter range of criteria to process
Amended or Original budget
Include Note Field
New page after sequence - Which sequence to include page breaks may be specified as well
Print zero amounts (will print as blanks if not checked)
