6.202 - Fixed an issue where the receipt type was not being retained even if the option was selected in the Cash Collections System File.
6.201 - Receipt types marked as Inactive in the Receipt Types parameter screen will not be available.

Introduction
This payment screen allows for multiple items to be paid on one receipt from multiple modules
Explanation
Hot Keys
F11- When not in any of the Receipt totals fields this will move the focus to that section. If already in this section and allowed this will trigger the Save & Print button click.
Common Fields
Date - Date of the receipt
Deposit Date / Batch - This is the deposit this payment will be associated with. This field is required/optional based on settings in the Bank Reconciliation module
Receipt Number - System generated receipt number
User ID - User who entered the receipt
Add Line - This will add a new line to the current receipt
Remove Line - This will remove the current line from the receipt
Find All Charges - This will assist the user to find all of the outstanding charges for a customer and allow user to select which ones to add
Receipt Type - This is the receipt type for the current line. The screen will display different fields based on this value depending on the module the receipt type is associated with
Customer Number - The account number associated with the current line
Customer Name - The name of the customer associated with the account number
Balance - Outstanding balance for the item associated with the current line
Amount - The payment amount of the current line
Note - Note associated with the current line
Total Due - Total of all the lines
Remainder Due - Remaining amount due based on total of receipt and payment amounts
Change - Any change due back to the customer
Check - Total amount paid via check
Check Reference - Check reference field
Cash - Total amount paid via cash
Cash Reference - Cash reference field
Credit - Total amount paid via credit
Credit Reference - Credit reference field
Accounts Receivable
AR Information - This will allow you to view your distribution if you are set for Open Item distribution otherwise it is hidden.
Utility Billing
Customer Location - This is the location for which is being paid
3rd Party Agreement - This is to select a third party agreement this payment is associated with for this account\location
Tax Collection
Tax Year - Tax Year of the bill to be paid
Bill Number - Bill Number of the bill to be paid
Penalty - see section On Demand Penalty and Interest
Interest -see section On Demand Penalty and Interest
Reason Code - Reason code for the payment. Visibility and requirement based on settings in the Tax Collection section
Pay Early Discount - A yellow warning sign will appear next to the amount if a pay early discount has been applied to the property. The payment date along with the values configured on the Tax Years parameter form will be used when determining if the property qualifies for the pay early discount. This discount will always calculate based off the original balance due.The Tax Transaction Code configured for the discount on the charge or adjustment transaction code will be used when created the discount transaction. If no discount transaction code is configured on the charge or adjustment transaction code, the discount transaction code on the Tax Years parameter form will be used as the default.
Mobile Home Payments
During the payment process if any of the lines being paid is a tax bill that is a mobile home the user will be prompted for each bill that is a mobile home if that bill is paid in full to assign a tag if available and if desired.
When voiding a payment that is a mobile home and a tag via any payment was assigned to the mobile home the tag will removed and the user can assign it a new status.
On Demand Penalty and Interest
If the On Demand Penalty and Interest interface is enabled and on when a bill is chosen any pending penalty and interest will be calculated based on the payment date. When the payment is accepted penalty and interest transactions will be added to the bill (even if it is only a partial payment) to that date.
Users cannot void a receipt if the payment in question had penalty and interest records created during the payment and there is another payment that has been made after. The same is true if there is a future payment that had penalty and interest associated with it. This is due to the fact doing so has the potential to change the amount of penalty and interest calculated.

Business License
Business License No. - Business License Number
"Post transactions to FL" must be selected in the BL System File
If penalty has been applied for the Business License, a yellow blinky will appear next to the balance due indicating how much penalty has been added.
Business License payments will distribute based on the Business License Transaction Codes configurations if the Business License Settings is set up to allow for distributions.
A payment transaction will be created for each payment type using ratios (e.g. if there are receipt totals of 60% for check and 40% for cash then Business License will have a check transaction that is 60% of its own payment total and a cash transaction of 40%)
Misc Functionality
** Add this note to all payment line notes - Anything entered into this field will be appended to the end of the current note for each line
Enter utility billing payments for bills using barcode
To use this one have to have a custom utility bill report with a bar code added or use the standard full page utility bill report. Once one has this prerequisite, one can then go to this page, select a UB receipt type and scan the bar code. Doing so will fill in the account number, customer location, and the current amount due for that customer/customer location.
Please refer to UtilityBillingGeneralSettings for more information about the setting required to produce the bar code.

6.130 - Updated the logic to look at the last bill run with printed bills instead of just the last bill run when determining Past Due Amount for Utility Billing
6.129 - If no third party agreement is selected, payments will be applied to a first party customer agreement for the customer if one exists.
6.127 - disable "save and print" button. This is to prevent a user from clicking on the button multiple times while a payment is processing and potentially cause the same payment to process multiple times.

- Fixed a grid navigation issue for single customers with multiple locations where the separate locations would get mixed up.
- Fixed a location selection issue where when sorting by balance, the amount would be pulled in as the location.
For Business License only:
- Payments taken will now be distributed based on configuration of transaction codes if the "Do not distribute" checkbox is unchecked in the BL system file.
- A yellow blinky will now appear on the payment screen if penalty has been applied and indicate how much penalty has been added to the amount due.
6.116 - For AR Receipt types if the user setting to 'Hide inactive accounts with zero or credit balance' is set you will not be able to make a payment for inactive accounts with zero or credit balance.
6.109 - Correction to tax discounts to ensure the adjustment transactions are correctly distributed to the charges.
6.108 - Fixed issue where in a certain scenario where multiple bills for one account are selected the balances do not come up in the screen.
6.106 - Corrected logic to look at Payment Date instead of Actual Date when determining if a property tax qualifies for a pay early discount.

6.39 If the On Demand Penalty and Interest interface is enabled and the setup for on demand penalty and interest is setup and chosen, pending penalty and interest will be calculated and transactions applied to the bill during the payment process.
6.34 - Fixed issue where if bill did not have a bill date the application would crash.
6.32 - Fixed a bug that was causing GUI components to lag and not show. Message boxes and buttons were not appearing when they should when opening this screen. Application froze when trying to close it.
