Payroll

• Added the ability to calculate deductions in the Payroll Register based off of wages after taxes. The new Deduction can be setup in the Deduction parameter screen and added to employees as needed. || SFPR-719

• Added ability to use groupings for up to three different sequences on Property Master and Property Master Detail screen to run a Bill Transaction Report || SFTX-1681
• New Feature added to the Exemption Schedule so that an additional exemption amount can be entered to all schedule types. || SFTX-1700
• Added ability to populate new columns for Description and Total Tax Millage Rate on Standard Harris Printing Export Tax Notice || SFTX-1564
