Introduction

The employer contributions report is designed to report all the employer contributions for a given period.

Details

Report Selections

  • Select Report Sequence - The below are the report sequences available
    • Fund/Functions/Location
    • Employee Name
    • Department/Employee Name
  • Enter Period to report
  • Enter range to include - Criteria number range
  • Include detail for -
    • Each Payroll date
    • Each employee
  • Include subtotals for - (This is enabled only for the Fund/Functions/Locations report sequence)
    • Locations
    • Functions
    • Departments
  • Include accruals
  • Include non-accruals
  • Include only records not in posting file- If checked only pulls contributions that have not been posted
  • New page for each fund
  • Mask SSN - Will mask (***-**-1234, for example) the social security number on the report/grid report if checked
