Introduction
If using Harris Printing Services for printing tax notices, SmartFusion should be configured to use the Standard - Harris Printing Export option to create a .CSV file that can be sent to Harris Printing Services.
Setup
Billing -> Tax Collection -> Parameters -> Tax Collection System File
On the General Settings, Report Options tab
Tax Notice - select Standard - Harris Printing Export option
Include Property Note - if is checked then mnote field will export in the CSV file.
File Path - specify path where tax notice export file should be created
File Layout
The file format is comma separated values (.csv). First line is column headers. All fields are quoted.
Each line in the file represents a tax notice. If there are fixed services associated with the tax notice, they will each be written as lines immediately following the tax notice line for the property. This is a fixed service detail record and it only contains values for Cid, Fixed Service Amount, Fixed Service Code, and Fixed Service Description.
