Introduction
The Unpaid Balance Report prints balances, penalties, interest, costs, and payments for all tax types other than TAVT.
Explanation
Selection Criteria
Select report sequence - Receipt Number(default)/ Map Number / Name
Select output option - Detail/Summary
Unpaid as of ending date - The ending date lets you filter out transactions that were made past a certain date
Include balances from - Allows you to enter a minimum and maximum amount to be shown on the report
Digest Type - All (Default), On Digest, Not on Digest
Print address
Print property master note
Group by tax year
Show transaction detail
Include All
Customers - Is a multi select combo where you can specify the tax customers you would like to report on
Tax Districts - Is a multi select combo where you can specify the tax districts you would like to report on
Tax Type - Is a multi select combo where you can specify the tax types you would like to report on
Tax Year - Is a multi select combo where you can specify the tax years you would like to report on
Tax Zone - Is a multi select combo where you can specify the tax zones you would like to report on
Transaction Code - Only visible if "Sequence by receipt number/transaction code" or "Show transaction detail" is checked.
On Demand Note
A note will appear on the form if On Demand is enabled in the Tax Collection System Settings and the user is sequencing by Receipt Number/Transaction Code or showing transaction detail. This note will inform the user that On Demand will not be displayed for this report.
The reason for this is the current system does not calculate On Demand on a transactional level so it does not apply to this report.
