For federal forms only:
- Added new 2021 form that will be generated if the year for the date range is in 2021

Introduction
There are three reports available from this window:
- Federal tax withholding reports - 941 and 941b
For 2020 forms going forward, a popup box will appear with input fields for 11a-11c, 13a-13d, and 13f. Once OK is selected, the new 941 form will be displayed. Field 13b has been updated for 2021 and will display "Reserved for future use.." on the popup box. That field is not editable on the 2021 form.
- State tax withholding report (Will not be visible for Florida customers)
- State unemployment reports
For North Carolina Only:
- Annual withholding reconciliation report and export file - (NC-3)
For regular payroll runs, employees who have a pay type that has a w2 pay type designated as Supernumerary are not included in the quarterly tax reports

State Unemployment Reports
This report will display the employer quarterly contribution and wage reports and will also create a file. The reports show the following:
- Taxes due for the quarter
- Details on each employee that had wages and totals for those wages. If an employee had no wages for the date range then they will not appear on this report. Wages that have been voided will not appear on this report.
Required Setup
The following system settings are required in order to create the file:
- Organization Name and Address in the system file
- Federal Tax Id in the Payroll system file
- In South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Illinois it is required that the Contact Person information is filled out in the Payroll system file under the W-2 section.

Changes Before 6.90
6.90 - Added the signature page for the 941 form and added the 941-V form since it also has some user input data spots.
6.89 - Modifications to existing fields for the state of Florida as well as a new report and XML file for Florida Reemployment Tax.
6.84 - Updated the State unemployment report process to zero out Voided checks
6.77 - Updated the Federal tax withholding report for 2019 to use the Federal 941 form for page 1
6.69 - Added an option to create the NC-3 Annual Withholding Reconciliation export file for North Carolina.
- Fixed an issue where the total number of employees with state tax withheld displaying on the report was wrong.
6.64 - Voided checks will not be included when calculating additional medicare for Federal 941.
6.56 - Added the additional medicare to the federal 941 report to show additional medicare taxes for people who have passed the threshold that year.
6.56 - Updated the process so that when a Pay type is not subject to medicare, we do not subtract the unemployment exempt amount from the medicare totals or when a Pay type is not subject to taxes, we do not subtract the unemployment exempt amount from the taxable totals.
6.36 - SC now has the option to run their old format as well as a test mode to run their new format.
