Introduction

The Budget Comparison report allows a user to compare budgets

Report Selections

Select Report sequence - determines the sorting and grouping of the report (3 sorting levels allowed)
Select output option - Detail or Summary
Enter range to include

  • BP version to process
  • BP version to compare
  • Enter range of criteria to process

Amended or Original budget
Include Note Field
Include actuals
New page for each primary sequence
Print zero amounts (will print as blanks if not checked)
Include inactive accounts

Report Criteria

Report title
Show Range Controls
Ranges to Include - Fund, Function, Object, Location, Department, Object group, Program, Modifier, Cost center, Job class
Account Range/Match

  • Enter beginning account
  • Enter ending account
  • Enter account match

Format Options

  • Revenue/Expenditure
  • Include accounts which have no budgets
