Utility Billing
- New Feature was added to Utility Billing Bank Drafts to allow the selection of an SEC Code for customers based on their type of entity. Modified Utility Bill Print so that "Pending Active" customer locations with a previous customer would not become "Active" customer locations until after a billing that is later than the finalize date of the previous customer.
