Introduction

This screen is a three step wizard that allows users to select multiple property tax bills and apply additional flat rate costs to each bill.

Step 1 - Filter Criteria

  • Transaction Date
  • Delinquent Date
  • Enter minimum amount to be checked (subject to penalty)
  • Include all
    • Tax types
    • Tax years

Step 2 - Select Property Tax Bills

The results for this grid will be based on the filter criteria from step 1. At least one property tax bill must be selected to proceed to step 3.

  • Select All
  • Clear All

Grid columns available:

  • Tax Year
  • Tax Type
  • Bill Number
  • Property ID
  • Name
  • Address
  • Delinquent Balance

Step 3 - Select Fee Types

All tax transaction codes configured as penalty, cost, interest, or charge should be returned in this grid. At least one must be selected before processing.

  • Amount - Editable
