Introduction

This option is available only if the 'OpenGov' interface is set in the license file.The Export Budget Account detail feature allows users to export historical account actuals/budgets for specified date range or future budgets for a specified budget version to a .txt file. This was developed to provide export files for clients who want to use OpenGov for Budgeting and Reporting purposes.

Input Criteria

• Historical/Actual Budgets - If this option is selected the user can select a date range to allow them to export budget/actual transaction details for multiple fiscal years. It will create two .txt files one for Actual and one for Budget amounts.
