Explanation

This screen allows one to edit and correct employee activity.

Green + Button - Adds an employee activity
Red x Button - Deletes an employee activity
Date / Activity type - Date of the activity and the type of the activity
Reason - The reason for the activity
Note
OK - Prompts the user to save any changes made and closes the form
Cancel - Cancels any changes made and closes the form
