The report prints out the distribution information of the bills included in the report.
Explanation
The report prints out the charge distribution information for all of the bills included in the report so the user can see how much of each charge has been paid. The bills can be grouped by name or by property. For each bill for any charges the user will be able to see the original charges which are activity before the bill date of the bill, adjustments, payments, pending penalty and interest if on demand is active, and total due. Exemptions are either included in the calculation of the original charges or adjustments depending on their date.
Options
Report Sequence - Order that the report will print
Customers Selection - Option to include only certain customers
Tax District Selection - Option to include only properties from specific tax districts
Map Numbers Selection - Option to include only properties with specific map lot numbers
Tax Type Selection - Option to only include properties that have a certain tax type
Tax Year Selection - Option to only include bills that are for specific tax years
Calculate pending penalty and interest through - This will only bi visible when on demand penalty and interest is enabled. This is the date used to calculate it for the report.
