Introduction
The Pay Group Code is used to identify the employee’s pay cycle as well as the Number of Checks received in a year.
Examples of pay cycles and the number of checks per year are: Weekly – 52 checks, Biweekly – 26 checks, Semi Monthly – 24 checks, Monthly – 12 checks, etc.
