Introduction

This prints the labor history for employees based on the selection criteria entered.

Report Selections

Select Report Sequence - There are 5 report sequences

  • Employee Name
  • Payroll Date

Select Output Option - Detail, Summary, or Totals Only

End period to report

  • Current
  • Current Quarter
  • Fiscal Year
  • Month
  • Quarter 1
  • Quarter 2
  • Quarter 3
  • Quarter 4
  • Year

Include accruals
Include non-accruals
Print pay type
Include inactives
Print SSN on report
Include taxable fringe benefit amount
Create historical overtime file - visible only for Alabama clients
ALDOR account number - visible if 'Create historical overtime file' is checked
File path/name - visible if 'Create historical overtime file' is checked
