Introduction

This report prints the Employee Mailing/Filing Labels using the standard Avery label number 5260 which prints 3 labels across page and 10 labels down.

Details

Filter Options

  • Select label type - Mailing Label or File Label
  • Include all employees with a hire date on or after
  • Include active employees only
  • Print employee id on label
  • Print phone number on label
  • Print date on label
  • Print location description on label
  • Include all (Classes, Departments, Pay Group, Locations, Employees)

Report Fields

  • Employee ID - Only prints if the print employee id on label checkbox is checked
  • Employee Phone - Only prints if the print phone number on label checkbox is checked
  • Label date - Only prints if print date on label is checked
  • Location Description - Only prints if print location description on label is checked
  • Employee Name
  • Employee Address1 - Does not print if the Filing label type is selected
  • Employee Address2 - Does not print if the Filing label type is selected
  • Employee City/State/Zip- Does not print if the Filing label type is selected
