- Added checkboxes "Include SSN", "Include DOB", "Include budgeted salary", "Include employee id" and "Include FTE status" on the terminated employees report. "Include SSN", "Include DOB", "Include budgeted salary" checkboxes will display when the checkbox is checked in the user security.
-Added functionality to add "SSN", "DOB" and "Budgeted salary", "Include employee id" and "Include employment status" on the report when the respective checkbox is checked.

Selection Criteria

Select output option - Detail (default) or Summary

Report Sequence - Date, Department or Name (default)

Termination date from and to

Employee type - Full Time, Part Time, Retiree, Temporary, No Insurance or All

Include SSN

Include DOB

Include budgeted salary

Include employee id

Include FTE status

Include All - select by Department
