Introduction

The enter/edit screen for fund ledger accounts. Allows users to add, delete, and modify accounts. The Inquire Accounts screen is identical to this screen except no fields are editable and users may not add or delete from that screen.

  • Encumbrance amount (detail report button available, hidden under certain conditions)

Procurify Interface

Configuration is required before using the Procurify interface. View Fund Ledger System File Page 2 for more information on the setup.

The following fields will only be visible if the Procurify interface is enabled in the license file:

  • Is synced to Procurify (Search criteria combo box) - "All" will return all accounts regardless of whether or not it has been synced to Procurify, "Yes" will only return accounts that have been synced, and "No" will only return accounts that have not yet been synced.
  • Is synced to Procurify (checkbox) - (field is informational and will always be disabled) - Indicates if the account has already been synced to Procurify. If unchecked, the account will be added to Procurify when synced. The check box will automatically be updated after the sync is complete. If checked and this account is synced again, it will perform an update instead of adding the account again.
  • Sync to Procurify on save (checkbox) - If unchecked, the account will not be synced when the user saves the account. If checked, it will sync the account to Procurify upon saving.
  • Sync to Procurify (button at the top of the page) - This button will sync all accounts that have been returned in the search. A message box indicating how many accounts will be synced and asking if the user is sure will appear to confirm the choice before syncing. Accounts that have already been synced previously will be updated instead of added again, so there is no risk of creating duplicate accounts in Procurify using this bulk sync feature.
