Introduction

Five Budget Version Comparison report is a larger version of the Budget version comparison report, but allows up to 5 different budgets. This allows the user to compare anywhere from 2 to 5 budgets and their revenues and expenditures from different fiscal years or Budgets

Report Selections

• Select Report sequence - determines the sorting and grouping of the report (Sequence options available - ( 3 sorting levels allowed)
• Output options -Detail or Summary
• Range to include - Budget selections
• Enter range of criteria to process
• Amended or Original budget
• Include Note Field
• New page after sequence - Which sequence to include page breaks may be specified as well
• Print zero amounts (will print as blanks if not checked)
• Print worksheet
• Include inactive accounts
• Include actual - Includes what was actually spent for that budget
