Accounts Payable
Fixed Issue in AP Check Update Rollback where an error occurred if the user did not have access rights to the location for e-payment files even if the rollback did not include e-payments. The user can now allow/disallow the creation of e-payment files at the time of rollback. || SFAP-91
Fixed Issue in Enter/Edit Vouchers where the 1099 checkbox wasn't being pulled in from the voucher template. || SFAP-533
Utility Billing
Fixed Issue in Bill Run Exceptions to flag accounts that had no previous billed reading. || SFUB-2046
Fixed Issue in Upload Meter Readings to Handheld System where finalized customers were flagged as "Account/Meter not Found". The new exception will be "Customer is finalized". This exception will occur when the system finds a meter and/or account, but the customer location has been finalized. The reading will not be written. || SFUB-2099
