Introduction

The report prints out mailing labels for customers based on the criteria selected.

Explanation

The mailing label report print out mailing labels for Avery 5260 format which is 3 across and 10 down on a sheet. It can pick e few extra pieces of data on each label as well as name and address

Mailing Label Options

Report Sequence - Order that the labels will print. The labels in order will print across and then down
Receipt number range - Lets you specify which bill receipt numbers you would like to have labels printed for
Print on labels - This section is used to print extra information on mailing labels. You may only select 2 items of extra data to print on labels at once.

  • Tax Year - Tax year of the bill this mailing label is for
  • Tax Type - Tax type of the bill this mailing label is for
  • Receipt Number - Receipt number of the tax bill this label is for
  • Map Number - Map Number of the property of the tax bill this label is for

Map Numbers Selection - Option to include only properties with specific map lot numbers
Mortgage Company Selection - Option to include only properties with bills tied to specific mortgage companies
Tax Type Selection - Option to only include properties that have a certain tax type
Tax Year Selection - Option to only include bills that are for specific tax years
Tax District Selection - Option to only include bills that are for specific tax districts
