Description

The Organization Settings System File is used to set system wide values that are used throughout all the modules in SF.

Field Descriptions

Organization

The organization's name. Typically appears on crystal reports or checks.

Address (Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip)

The organization's address. Typically appears on crystal reports or checks.

Phone, Fax, Web address

The organization's phone, fax, and web address. Typically used on crystal reports.

Account structure

Formats the ledger account number to the specified structure. (For example, ###-###-###-##-####-#### would be 000-000-000-00-0000-0000)

FIRE Transmitter control code

A five-character alpha numeric code issued by the IRS. Used when electronically submitting 1099's to the IRS. This processes can be done through Print Vendor 1099s

AIR Transmitter control code

A five-character code issued by the IRS. This code is in the following format: [A-Z-[AEIOU]]{2}[A-Z0-9-[AEIOU]]{3} - meaning the first two characters are an alphabetic character and the last three characters are an alpha-numeric character. No consonants (AEIOU) can be used anywhere in the code. It is used when electronically submitting 1094's and 1095's to the IRS. These processes can be done through 1094/1095B XML Files and 1094/1095C XML Files. District (T/F)

Checked indicates the type of entity to be a district. Unchecked represents a Municipal.

Always print on post (T/F)

Checked indicates to always print a hard copy of the report on posting if applicable.

Use GasB34

Checked indicates to calculate in accordance with GASB34.

Use extended filenames

Checked indicates to extend filename for third party files.
