Recent Changes: 
6.188 - Handled "Track in BP" checkbox on filter, if checked the fund accounts will show on resulted data.

6.165 - Modified the posting date to show the last day of the fiscal year if running for previous fiscal year. It will default to current date if running for current fiscal year.

Overview

Applies changes made to a budget on the Enter/Edit Budget Changes screen to the budget.

When a change is added a Change Number is generated on the the Enter/Edit Budget Changes screen. This number can be used as filter criteria when running the update process.

A print-only version of the report is recommended before selecting to update the changes.

Post changes made by

Posting date For original budgets defaults to current date if running for current fiscal year. It will default to last day of Fiscal year if running for previous fiscal years. For what if budgets it will default to the Fiscal year start date on the Budget version parameter.
