Allows tracking and reporting on budget changes made subsequent to the approval of the original budget.
Changes made through amendments will not be reflected in Budget Prep until the Update Budget Changes option is run.
If the Allow user to edit original budgets flag is checked on the Enter/Edit User Security screen, the user can see the Enable Original checkbox; this allows the user to edit the current BP original budget and the changes will be posted as original. In this event, the change will be applied immediately to budget without having to run Update Budget Changes.
