Summary

The Tax Ad Valorem Transaction Report will report on ad valorem entries as well as any commissions paid out.

This is only available if you have purchased the Tax Ad Valorem interface.

Selection Criteria

  • Date Range - The start and end dates we are looking for ad valorem entries for. If the transaction date of an ad valorem header entry falls within this range the entry will show on the report
  • Processing state - The state of the entry which are processed, unprocessed, or all
  • Transaction type - If you only include a certain transaction type it will be selected here
  • Mark transactions as processed after print/preview - When checked if any of the entries are not processed the user will be prompted to see if they wish to mark them processed.

Other notes

  • This report may also be called from within the Enter/Edit Tax Ad Valorem screen. If it is called from that screen it only reports on the currently selected Tax Ad Valorem entry
