Introduction

This report randomly selects active employees for drug and/or alcohol testing. A percentage of employees to be selected can be entered or you may manually select the number of employees to be included.

Explanation

Report Selections

Select Report Sequence
Select Report Type - Alcohol, Drug or Both.
Enter Percentage or Number of employees - For drug testing.
Enter Percentage or Number of employees - For alcohol testing.
New page for each sequence
Include SSN on report
Include employees flagged as Safety
Include employees flagged as CDL
