Introduction

The Clover Flex Terminal is an integration with CardPointe payment terminals and the Cash Collection module in SF. This feature uses API calls in the CloverFlexTerminalService.cs file to communicate with the Gateway and Terminal APIs.

This system file holds settings related to enabling the feature as well as additional features provided through the integration.

Fields

• Enable Clover Flex Terminal Payments (All fields below will be disabled if unchecked)

  • Record Convenience Fee - Determins if the convenience fee will be recorded in the SF system or not.
  • Require Signature
  • Allow Manual Payments - Allows for manual entry of credit cards. Not available for Clover Flex Terminals

• Convenience Fee Settings (Only visible if "Record Convenience Fee is Checked)

  • UB - Payment Receipt Code & Transaction Code
  • TX - Payment Receipt Code & Transaction Code
  • BL - Payment Receipt Code & Transaction Code
  • AR - Payment Receipt Code & Transaction Code
  • CP - Payment Receipt Code & Transaction Code
  • MS - Payment Receipt Code
