6.209 - When searching for documents using Milner ImageDirector, we've modified the search to search for only that journal entry number.

6.174 - Fixed issue where vertical scroll bar was not visible for Journal Entry Details when screen was resized.

Summary

Provides the ability to enter Fund Ledger Journal Entries.

The journal entry number will be automatically assigned by the system. The starting number can be set in the ledger system file. Your organization has the ability to allow the system to assign journal entry numbers based on each user. The beginning journal entry number will need to be set up on the FL Security Rights tab and the system will automatically increment the number as journal entries are keyed.

Only journal entries within the current fiscal year will be displayed in the list of journal entries.
