6.243 - If the fund ledger system file page 2 setting 'Lock transaction and posting dates' is set and the new user security setting to 'Allow edit of receipt and posting date' for Cash Collections is also set then the checkbox 'Edit receipt and posting dates' will be enabled.

6.222 - Added logic to lock the "to" receipt date and the Posting date, if the option to lock the transaction and posting dates option is checked in the fund ledger system file. If the option is set in the fund ledger system file, there will be a new checkbox visible called Edit receipt and posting dates that will allow editing of the dates as was normal prior to this change.

6.188 - Added the ability of posting register to Image Director as (REPORTS-IMPORT|REPORTNAME|DOCTYPE|DOCDATE).

Introduction

This is the screen that a user goes to post cash collection transactions to fund ledger if they are not associated with another module. AR, TX and UB all have their own Post to Fund Ledger menu item selections. BL will need to have "Post transactions to FL" selected in the BL System File in order to post transactions to FL within that module. The register can also be posted to ImageDirector with Milner's Image Director license.

If available, will allow editing of the receipt and posting dates as was available prior to this change.
