This screen allows you to enter the General information for the applicant. There are no employee numbers to assign. The SSN is your unique identifier for that person. If you try to enter an applicant with the same SSN, you will be alerted immediately if that number is already in the system. (If you look in the system and cannot find the person, chances are they are set to Inactive). You can also select which tabs you wish to utilize and turn off the ones you do not want to track in the Applicant Tracking System file.
