6.231 - Fixed an issue where an application error was thrown when both "To be emailed" and "Email PO" were selected

Introduction
A requisition retains its unapproved status until some authorized person reviews and approves the requisition. A user must have entry rights before they can “review and/or approve” a purchase requisition. A user must have equal or greater security rights in Review 1 level in user security even if they are the 2nd reviewer.
Explanation
This screen is very similar to Enter/Edit Purchase Requisitions
Purchase Requistion Tab
Review/Approve Icon - located to the left of the Purchase Requisition Number
Date - this field can be modified if user rights allow it
Review/Approve - a note field for entering comments
Print PO Change History - preview any updates to existing entries after a PO number was assigned

Changes Prior to Version 6.100
6.97 - Change to send an email to the vendor a copy of the PO if the checkbox to be sent a PO is selected for the user and the configuration file is also set up. This happens after the last approval that makes a requisition into a PO.
6.88 - Changed the approval information box to not allow wrapping on the name and to limit the length of the approval name to 30 characters.
6.81 - Change the decimal placement on the emails that go out from Purchasing from 4 decimal places to 2 for clients using the 'Enhanced Routing for signature approval'
6.79 - There is now a check during the approval process that makes sure all warning notes are marked complete before allowing the user to approve the PO
6.71 - Overbudget checks are now done upon approval
6.69 - For enhanced routing, if user2 with PO routing full rights acts on behalf of user1, "user2 for user1" will now appear in the approval box
6.68 - An option to preview a PO's change history for the Purchase Requisition, Items Detail and Account Distribution Detail tabs was added; This option is only visible if a PO number has already been assigned
