Introduction

This report prints a lists of locations.

Explanation

Selection Criteria

Select Report Sequence - Three report sequences are available

• Account Number
• Master Code
• Route
• Street Name

Enter Range to include -

• Routes
• Sequence
• Suffix

Include State/City/Zip - If checked, the State/City and Zip of the location prints on the report.

Include phone numbers - If checked, will show the phone numbers on the report for occupied locations.

Location Status -

• All
• Vacant - If this option is chosen then a date vacant since field is visible and the report will pull only locations that have been vacant since the date entered.
• Occupied
