Introduction

Allows the user to make a payment on utility bills or property tax bills.

Details

There are 3 steps to making a payment. Start off by filling payment information, then click continue to review the data and agree to terms, and finally submit the payment to proceed to the confirmation page. Everything with an asterisk is required to be filled out.

Step 1: Payment

Amount ($)* - Enter amount to pay.
Current Balance* - Current balance due.
(If On Demand Penalty and Interest is turned on, it will be displayed here along with a total due)

Payment Method*

There are two payment options available. Once selected, the form will change accordingly.

Credit Card

Card Number* - Enter in credit card number. Only the credit cards shown are valid for use. Click here for more details.
CVV/CID* - Card verification value.
Expires* - MM/YY format.
Name on Card* - Card holder's name.

eCheck/ACH

Account Holder* - Bank account holder's name.
Account Type* - Select checking or savings.
Routing Number* - Bank routing number.
Account Number* - Bank account number.

State*

Email Address*

Once all required fields have been filled out, the continue button will be available to click. The user may click on cancel to go back to the payment portal main screen.

Step 2: Review

Details for the account, final payment total, and remaining time to submit payment. Note: There is a session timer that counts down and the payment must be submitted or cancelled within the time limit.

Account

Type - Shows whether this is a utility billing or property tax bill.
Address - Service location address.
Property / Utility ID

Payment Summary

Amount - Amount being applied.
Convenience Fee - If there is a convenience fee, it will add onto the total.
Interest & Penalty - If applicable.
Total - Total amount being paid.

Submit Payment - Once this is clicked, the payment will be processed and it will continue to the confirmation page where the user can print the confirmation details.

User must read and agree to terms of use before submitting the payment. It can take up to 24 hours for payments to appear online.
