6.129 - Updated report to include accounts with negative balances.

6.82 - Added the "Include expired or removed agreements" checkbox. If this checkbox is checked, the report will return agreements with an agreement date that falls within the dates chosen, expiration dates that are either not set or fall after today, and agreements that have not been removed.
6.48 - Added a grand total to the last page of the report for location balance and agreement remaining amounts.
6.38 - Modified the report to pull in third-party and service assistance agreements in addition to first-party agreements.
Introduction
This screen allows a user to print a report of accounts with customer agreements.
Explanation
Prints a report with the account number, route number, name, customer status, location balance, location address agreement date, and type of agreement for customers that fall within the date range selected.
Fields
- "Include agreement dates" - The range of dates that the user wants to search for agreements.
- "Include customers with zero balances" - If checked will includes customers with no balance, but have an agreement.
- "Include inactive customer accounts" - If checked will include customers that are inactive.
- "Print location address" - If checked will print the address of the customer location on the report.
- "Include expired or removed agreements"
- "Include notes" - If checked, the notes on the Agreement (only if any exist) will be included on the report.
