Introduction

This screen allows a user to run different type of reports in fixed assets in regards to acquisitions, transfer, and disposals.

Explanation

The user must choose what type of information they want to see on the report by selecting to include acquisitions, transfers, or disposals. This will change the data pull to include the specified type of information.

Report Selections

Select report sequences - If by location or department, another reporting sequence can be selected.
Select output option - By detail, summary, or totals only.
Include on report - Choose between acquisitions, transfers, or disposals to pull in specific information relating to that reporting type.
Field(s) to print on report
Note(s) to print on report
Enter dates to include - Range of dates the data pull is based on.
Print depreciation expense and accumulated depreciation accounts - This will show expense and accumulated depreciation fund ledger accounts on the report.
Include inactives
Include full disposals
Depreciable assets only
Non-depreciable assets only
New page for each sequence

Filtering the report data is possible by the following categories:

• Asset groups
• Buildings
• Asset class
• Locations
