6.192 - Fixed a bug that made the payment history report unable to print due to error.

Introduction

Permit Details Tab. This tab contains the core information about the permit.

Explanation

This tab contains the majority of the information needed for a permit.

Owner - The name on the account that's being used for the permit.

Property street address - The location associated with the permit.

Occupancy group

Date applied - The application date for the permit.

Construction type - The type of construction the permit will be covering. Examples are residential, commercial, etc. (User Defined)

Expiration date - The permit expiration date.

BLDG type - The type of building construction.

Date issued/denied - The date of the decision made for the permit (either issued or denied).

Valuation - The valuation of the property.

Date completed - The date of the completion of work.

Decal number - The decal number issued for the property in question.

Census code - Census code for the property covered by the permit.

Tax Map

Reason for permit/description of work - An user editable field containing a note on the description of work for the permit.

Heated sq ft - Number of square feet that are heated at the construction location.

Unheated sq ft - Number of square feet that are not heated at the construction location.

Total sq ft - The total square feet for the construction location.

Total fee - Total fee associated with the permit.

Amount paid - Total paid against the fees for the permit.

Date paid - Date the fees were paid
Payment History Report - magnifying glass to the right of Date Paid

Payment - The button will allow a user to take a payment for the permit

Permit - The button will allow a user to print the permit. There are two types of standard permits. One is the standard default permit. The other is the A10 formatted permit so that contractor and organization information fits in the windows of the A10 envelope.

Certificate of occupancy - The button will allow a user to print the certificate of occupancy associated with the location.

Memorize Permit - If this link is clicked it will create a permit template based on the current permit.

Permit Template - If this link is clicked it will pop up a window 'Retrieve Permit Template' from which an user can select a template based on which a permit has to be created.
