This page is a comprehensive "How-To" on accessing SmartFusion remotely using your mobile device (Android and iOS).

Before you begin, please note that this feature is only available to clients who use ADS (formerly known as Hosted) or DeliveryPoint 2.0.

For simplicity sake, the steps necessary will be numbered below.

1.) On your device, open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and navigate to the application search bar.

2.) Using the search bar, search for "Remote Desktop" and choose the Microsoft Remote Desktop application. Make sure it is the one created by Microsoft Corporation.
Install this application.

3.) Once the application has finished installing on your device, open it to begin the configuration. The first step is to accept the Microsoft terms of agreement.

4.) The app should now be open, and a splash page titled "It's lonely here." is all you should see. Tap the "+" icon and from the dropdown, choose Remote Resource Feed

5.) There are two fields of information that need to be filled in. The first, needs the same URL that is used to access ADS or DeliveryPoint 2.0 on your PC.

Hosted:

https://Hosted.SmartFusion.io

DP (Example):

https://dp2.clientdomain.gov

6.) The second step in the configuration, is to tell the app which user will accessing SmartFusion. This is your ADS username/password or your DeliveryPoint username/password, and may differ from your SmartFusion credentials.
Tap "Choose User Account" and click to "Add User Account"

7.) As noted previously in step 6, you will need to enter your ADS or DP credentials. If you are an ADS customer, your domain is Customer and your username would be entered as Customer\ username
Also type your password in the "Password Field" and choose save.
It may take a minute or two to process.

8.) Click on the "APPS" tab at the top, and you will see SmartFusion listed as one of your available apps. Click on the SmartFusion icon, and sign into SmartFusion as you would on your PC.

Congratulations! You've finished setting up SmartFusion access on your mobile device.
