Recent Changes:
6.231
- Added functionality to populate the values for newly added fields MeterStartDate and MeterEndDate in the CustomerMeterLocation table when changing out meters.
6.126 - Readings can now display up to the max value for 10 digits
6.100 - Added the "Do not bill" checkbox for when removing a meter only.
6.81 - Fixed an issue where the service address was pulling the address on the customer rather than the address of the location to which the meter is linked to.
6.58 - Updated logic so that a meter could be removed from a vacant location
6.54 - Three new fields Service Point Id, Latitude and Longitude added to the Meter Location table. During change out the service point id (used to identify the hole in the ground where the meter resides), the latitude and longitude of the meter being changed out is passed on the meter changed in. If a meter gets replaced at a service point the service point ID must remain the same.
6.17 - Fixed current usage calculation from causing an error when dealing with large numbers due to high number of dials, multipliers, and unit of measure.
Introduction
This screen allows the user to change out meters either to be replaced by a new meter or removed from a location.
Explanation
Search for the meter that is being changed out. Determine whether a new reading is necessary, whether the meter will be replaced by a meter in inventory or be removed.
Note: Fields populated by selected meter are indicated as Disabled field where relevant.

- Previous read date - Previous read date for the outbound meter. Disabled field
- Current reading - Current reading of the outbound meter. While this field will automatically populate on meter selection, it can be overwritten with a value from the user.
