Added a "Substitute electric meter type" check box and "Electric meter type" field so that a user could substitute a value that they enter, up to 4 digits, for the electric meter type for Itron Type 1 (C). If this is not enabled, the default of "KW  " will be used for electric read types. This change if for Itron Type 1 (C) only.

Added new Hand Held tyoe called I6.  I6 is a new Itron Hand Held type used for cycle billing.

Introduction

The I6 Hand Held type uses the MVRS specification to handle multiple cycles in one file. Most of the Itron Hand Held definitions use a single IHP Route ID in place of the true Billing Cycle allowing for a single Cycle per file.

Explanation

To Add a new I6 definition the following fields must be filled out.

Add New Handheld - Clicking this command button inserts a new record in the Hand held definition table.
Undo Add - Clicking this will undo a newly added Hand held definition
Delete Hand Held - Delete an existing hand held definition

Current Handheld type - Choose predefined Hand held types for Import and Export file formats. Used to change existing settings, Add new definition or delete an existing Hand held definition.

IHP Route ID - This is used when producing a file that only has a single cycle. Anywhere that a cycle is used in a specific Hand held definition the IHP Route ID will be used for cycle. Highest Range - is used for highest range when calculating a range to let the Hand held reader that the reading entered is out side of a high reading
Lowest Range - is used for lowest range when calculating a range to let the Hand held reader that the reading entered is out side of a lowh reading
High Rangeis used for high range when calculating a range to let the Hand held reader that the reading entered is out side of a high reading
Low Rangeis used for low range when calculating a range to let the Hand held reader that the reading entered is out side of a low reading
Survey Indicator -
Transfer to File name - Path and file name used when sending Hand held file to meter reading software

Transfer from File Name - Path and File name used to transfer file from Hand held system to import meter readings.
Radio Frequency Meter Readings - This indicates that meters use a specific frequency to read meters and a tone to wake up meters to be read.
Radio Frequency - Frequency that meter wil usee to communicate.
Tone Frequency - Wake up tone frequency used to wake up meter to be read.
Update Reading/Reading Sequence for Inactive Meters - Update read sequence when importing readings in the order they were read for Inactive Meters.
Update Reading/Reading Sequence when Reading is zero - Update read sequence on meters wit a zero reading.
Reading Multiplier visible(Flexnet) - Reading multiplier visible for Flexnet meter reading software.
Enable Data Synchronization - When turned on path, filename and time can be entered to create a sync file File Location - Path and File name Schedule Time* - Time that the sync file will be created

Not mandatory to read notes on handheld - This option is currently for Itron Type C only and if checked will make the notes on a meter location an optional read for handhelds. If it is unchecked, any notes on the handheld will be mandatory.

Substitute electric meter type - This enables the electric meter type for Itron Type 1 (C) to be substituted by the value that's entered into the "Electric meter type" field below.

Electric meter type - Used in conjunction with the checkbox above.
