Summary

Provides the functionality to maintain the audit fiscal years (add, edit, etc). It also gives the user an option to set the fiscal year selected as current fiscal year for auditing purposes.

Fiscal Year Tab

  • Fiscal year - Valid year is from 1900 to Next year
  • Description
  • Fiscal year begin date - Default based on organization fiscal year begin date
  • Fiscal year end date Default based on organization fiscal year end date

Documents Tab

  • Ability to add documents pertaining to a fiscal year
  • Ability to delete documents pertaining to a fiscal year
  • Ability to view documents pertaining to a fiscal year
