The utility billing wizard can help the user take care of specific scenarios revolving around account reactivation and reset account location dates.
Explanation
The utility billing wizard follows a three-step page format of select a process to perform, fill in the criteria and completion page. Currently, this supports an option to reactivate account that finalized and reset account location dates.
Step 1: Selection
Pick a process to run and click next to start working on that process. Currently, the user can only reactivate or reset account location dates.
Step 2: Changes - Reactivate Account
It will allow the user to reactivate an account that has been finalized as long as it is has not been already active/applied deposit on that/someone already active on that location.
Choose Account
Account number
Location Grid - containing address 1/ address 2 / City / State / ZipReactivate Account
Move account to active
Move account to pending final
Display only - Date finalized
Display only - Final bill date
Click next to reactivate an account. This will show on the completion page.
Step 2: Changes - Reset Account Location
It will allow the user to reset an account location date for begin date, the end date, and the final bill date.
Choose Account
Account number Location Grid - containing address 1/ address 2 / City / State / Zip
Reset Dates
Start date
Date finalized
Final bill date
Click next to reset an account. This will show on the completion page.
Step 3: Completion
When a process has completed, details about what occurred will be posted here.
