Budget Prep

• New Feature was added to Edit BP Original Amount to prevent the edit of previous years if "Allow user to edit prior years" is not selected in User Security Rights. New Feature was also added to Budget Prep System File for "Lock in Budget Version on Edit BP Original Amounts". || SFBP-351

Fund Ledger

• New Feature was added to Fund Ledger for an option to Import New Accounts. || SFFL-641

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Standard Occupational Class for South Carolina to set the 11-9199 code to 11-9190 as per the South Carolina specification. North Carolina will continue to use the federal code of 11-9199. || SFPR-2673

Addressed Issues

Bank Reconciliation

• Modified Import Deposits by Deposit Date so that the detail report would not display duplicate entries for Fees and Taxes that were posted to Cash Collections. Validation was also added to Rollback Post Fees and Taxes to Cash Collections and Rollback Posting to Fund Ledger to check if any of the postings were part of a closed deposit batch in Bank Reconciliation. || SFBR-437

Payroll

• Modified Print/Update Payroll Checks to take the maximum pay rate for a group instead of the sum in the list of pay types on a check. || SFPR-2668

Utility Billing

• Modified Fixed Services to allow a blank selection for Tax Transaction Code. || SFUB-3534
