Introduction

The inspection report lists permits with an inspection status, type of inspection and the inspector. This report can be printed for one specific status and/or one specific type of inspection, or for all.

Report Selections Tab

  • Report sequence

    • Contractor
    • Inspection Group

    • Permit Class
    • Permit Number(default)
    • Type of inspection
  • Selection criteria

Filters

  • Permit Numbers
  • Date Inspected
  • Property address - Street number/Name
  • Unit
  • Status
  • (Permit) Note field to print
  • Include total sq ft

Report Options

  • Print inspection notes
  • Print square footage
  • Print inspection request form - enabled only when the sequence is permit number, the 'new page for each sequence' option is checked, and the status is S (scheduled).
  • Print reason for permit/description of work
  • New page for each sequence
