SF Release 6.123 (02/26/2021) - Added settings for Status Change notifications

Introduction

This screen allows admin users to specify the settings related to how notifications are sent out. There are currently two types of notifications - assignee change and status change.

This screen also controls the message that displays on the login screen.

Details

Assignee Change

This message is sent out any time a work order is assigned to a different employee. Options for text or email are available as well as an option to notify supervisor when a change happens.

Status Change

This message is sent out any time a work order status changes. The work order must be assigned to a user for the notification to be sent. Options to specify text or email, whether or not the supervisor should be notified, and the statuses that trigger this notification are all available.

There is also a setting on the Users setting page to determine if individual users should receive the notification as well.

Login Text Message

This is the message that appears on the login screen.
