-Increased the fields included in the contractor information creation screen that is loaded when right clicking on either the "Company Name" or "Contact" drop-down and selecting "Add New".
-If Business License module is disabled for the customer, we will now hide the contact column from the contractor tab of Enter/Edit Permits.
Introduction
This tab on the Enter/Edit Permits screen allows users to manage contractors for the currently selected permit. The data is saved as a table and users may add, edit, or remove records as needed.

Adding/Editing Contractors
This screen provides a feature that allows users to add, edit, or view contractors without the need to visit the Business License module.
Two methods of viewing the "Add/Edit Contractor Information" screen is either by clicking on the button with the magnifying glass icon or right clicking on the drop-down for the "Company Name" or "Contact" and selecting "Add New".
Entering the screen through the magnifying glass icon button will bring up the currently selected contractors information (please note that the screen will only be displayed if a contracted is selected in the table). All the fields will be disabled, but there will be a button to "Edit" towards the bottom of the screen. Clicking this button will make the fields editable and also reveal the "Save" button.
Entering the screen through the "Add New" option will load the screen with blank values. Users may enter the contractor data as needed and save when finished.
*The "Account number" field will not be editable if "Account number system assigned" is checked in the Accounts Receivable System File
